Expert System of Tolerance Design

针对产品设计中公差设计的重要性提出用专家系统进行公差设计的思路 ,在分析、比较专家系统的组成原理和各种开发方法及工具的基础上 ,选用智能设计系统开发工具DEST作为开发平台 ,并详细介绍在此平台上对公差设计专家系统的开发过程 ,同时对该系统进行实例运行。

Aiming at the importance of tolerance design in product design, this paper presents an approach using expert system to design the tolerance. After analyzing and comparing the principle of expert system and kinds of development methods and tools, the DEST tool of development for intellectual design system is chosen as the development platform. Also, the development process of this expert system of tolerance design under that platform is introduced here in detail. In the end an example is run with the system.
