摘要
准平面二次包络环面蜗杆传动按照形成蜗杆和蜗轮齿面的 2次包络的相对运动规律相同与否 ,分为标准传动和变位传动 2种传动形式。分析计算了在变位情况下各变位参数对齿面啮合性能的影响 ,计算结果表明 ,该传动在采取变位形式加工时其齿面接触线分布形态及接触性能主要取决于变位参数的选取 。
Double enveloping worm gearing can be divided into two kinds of transmission of standard from and profile shifting form according to the opposite movement rule of two-time enveloping movement. The regularities of the profile shifting parameter of the worm gearing affecting the meshing capacity are studied in the paper. The results show that the distribution of contact lines and the meshing capacity mainly depend on the profile shifting parameter, the good distribution of contact lines can be obtained by that profile shifting parameter reasonably.
