摘要
并行工程是对产品及其相关过程进行并行、一体化设计的一种系统化工作模式。并行工程中的核心思想是并行设计思想 ,他是传统的设计理论与方法的继承、延伸与扩展 ,他的形成依赖于计算机技术、信息网络技术、现代制造技术的发展和应用。基于并行工程的思想和方法 ,针对碟簧产品设计的特点 ,基于网络环境 ,建立面向并行工程的碟簧产品开发系统 ,对碟簧产品的并行设计过程、相关支持技术和组织管理模式进行研究 ,以期为企业提高生产经营能力提供一些有益的帮助。
Concurrent Engineering is the systematic work mode doing concurrent and integral design which faces product and its relevant process. The inner thoughts in Concurrent Engineering are Concurrent Design which is inherited from theories and methods of conventional design and extends them. Its appearance depends on technology of computer and network and technologies of modern manufacturing. According to the character of disk spring design and based on the network environment, a design system for concurrent engineering-oriented disc springs products is build up. In order to improve the enterprise productivity and shorten the period of market response, the disc spring design process, supporting technology and management mode are researched in this paper.
