摘要
本文叙述了基于结构光法的钻头三维形貌视觉检测系统的组成和原理 ,重点分析了测量数据的处理方法 ,它们包括 :原始测量数据的野值剔除、形貌特征点的分离和数据分割以及基于优化理论的数据融合方法。在此基础上 ,本文讨论了刃沟横截面数学模型的建立及参数的测量方法。给出了用视觉检测系统和三坐标测量机测量的刃沟横截面参数比对结果 ,说明本测量系统具有很高的测量精度 。
The vision system based on the triangulation method for measuring 3D geometry of drill is introduced in this paper.The data processing methods of the system are analyzed emphatically which include elimination of the error points in raw measurement data,recognition of characteristic points,data segmentation and data merging method based on optimization.Further more,the principle of building up the 3D model of drill and the parameter measurement methods are discussed.The measurement results are presented.It shows that the system has high measurement accuracy and is able to meet the needs of manufacturing field.
