摘要
本文首先提出了气体浓度和湿度的阶跃发生器 ,在此基础上介绍了气、湿敏传感器的动态校准方法。本文由实验阶跃响应数据建立了两个被校二氧化碳传感器的线性动态数学模型 ,并求出了频域的动态性能指标。最后 ,用模拟网络对上述两个二氧化碳传感器的动态性能进行了改进。改进结果表明 ,时域和频域的改进效果均较好。
A step function generator of gas concentration and humidity is firstly presented in this paper. A dynamic calibration method of gas and humidity sensors by using this step function generator is introduced. Based on the experimental step responses of two CO 2 sensors, the linear dynamic mathematical models of the calibrated sensors are established, and the frequency responses and the dynamic performances in the frequency domain are obtained. Finally, the dynamic performance improvement of the two CO 2 sensors by using analog circuit, and the improved effect both in the time domain and in the frequency domain are described.
