摘要
油箱外壳采用整体一次胀压成形工艺与二瓣成形工艺相比,不仅避免了后者易产生焊缝开裂的隐患,而且清除了焊缝需打磨和抛光的难题,可直接喷漆,提高了油箱表面质量及生产效率;且降低了成本。要采用此工艺,必须做好整体一次胀形模的设计。
Compared with the two-piece forming,the solid bulging forming for thu case of fuel tank can avoid weld metal cracking,eliminate weld grounding and polishing,so that the tank can be directed paint-ed with the surface quality improved.But the design of the bulging die is essential for doing the job.
