摘要
当前国际金融发展的一个重要趋势是从分业经营向混业经营转变。在现阶段 ,中国金融业在坚持现行法律框架下的分业体制的前提下实践混业经营具有很强的现实意义。
An important trend in the development of international finance is the transfer from the specialized operation to the diversified operation . At present, it has a great significance for the Chinese bankings to implement the diversified operation while sticking to the specialized operation according to the present legal framework.
