Advantage Obtainment Theory A probe into foreign-orientation direct investment theory

直接投资不仅使资本流出国具有优势 ,而且对资本流入国也具有相应优势。文章从流出获得优势、流入获得优势 ,以及两者共同作用的效果三方面论述了“获得优势”论的基本内容 。

Direct investment is advantageous both to capital output country and capital input country. With respect to the advantages for both countries and to the effects of their co-operation, this article discusses the basic content of advantage obtainment theory , and in view of this theory, proposes a strategy for Chinese foreign-orientation investment.
