发展广西制糖业的一些思考

Considerations on the development of Guangxi Sugar Industry

文章提出了发展广西制糖业的四条思路 :加快制糖企业体制改革步伐 ,建立现代企业制度 ;组建大型糖业集团 ,实现规模效益 ;开发综合利用项目 ,做长制糖业的“产业键” ;依靠技术创新 。

This papers presents four directions for the development of Guangxi sugar industry: accelarate sugar industry reform, establish modern enterprise system; construct sugar group corporation, realize scale profits; develop synthetic utilization project, prolong sugar industry chain ; innovate technology, lower the cost.
