The Relationship Between Phlegm Accumulating with Blood - Stasis and Diabetic Angiopathy

根据祝谌予教授治疗糖尿病慢性并发症的经验,对糖尿病血管病变的病因病机、防治原则、遣方用药等作了详尽论述。提出本病病机为气阴两虚,痰浊瘀血互结,日久痰浊瘀血闭阻脉络;益气养阴、活血化瘀、化痰散结为防治原则。

According to Prof. Zhu Chenyu' s experience on chronic complications of diabetes, the etiology,pathogensis, therapeutic principle and drug application of diabetic angiopathy were discussed in detail. The authors considered that the pathogenesis of the disease is deficiency of qi and yin, phlegm accumulation with blood - stasis and blockage of vessel and collateral, and the therapeutical principle should by qi - benefiting, yin - nourishing, blood - activating, stasis - removing, phlegm resolving and mass - dispersing.
