DF型空气消毒机的效果观察与分析

Effect observation and analysis of disinfecting by DF type air sterilizing machine

目的观察DF型空气消毒机的应用效果。方法选择 3间具有相同条件病室分别进行空气消毒机和紫外线消毒以及不作消毒处理 ,在此基础随机抽样 3次进行空气培养 ,分析其应用效果。结果DF型空气消毒机组和紫外线组差异有显著性意义P <0 0 0 1,有无人员活动两组情况下空气消毒结果差异无显著性意义P >0 0 5。结论DF型空气消毒机能在有人的动态环境下实施消毒杀菌 ,能有效地预防各种交叉感染 ,且除尘除臭 ,使用方便 ,值得提倡和推广使用。

Objective To study the disinfecting effectiveness of DF type air sterilizing machine Method three room with the same characteristic were selected,and air sterilizing was conducted by air sterilizing machine and ultra violet,control room has no disinfection.Air samples in the three room were collected,bacterial content was determined and compared Results there is significant difference in air disinfection between DF type air sterilizing machine and ultra violet ,( P <0 001) there is no significant difference in air disinfection between with and without moving health workers. P >0 05 Conclusion The DF type air sterilizing machine is effective in environment sterilizing,and prevent cross infection and reduce bad smell. It's convenient and worthy to extend
