摘要
目的 观察外周神经切断后初级感觉神经元内N -甲基 -D -天冬氨酸 (NMDA)受体表达的改变。方法 采用免疫细胞化学技术显示背根节内NMDAR1(NMDAR1-LI)阳性细胞数。结果 坐骨神经切断后大鼠腰段背根节内NMDAR1的表达显著下调。结论 外周神经损伤后 ,初级感觉神经元NMDA受体发生可塑性改变 ,提示脊髓内谷氨酸递质活动的改变。
Objective To observe the effect of axotomy on the expression of NMDA receptors in the primary sensory neurons of rats. Methods The numbers of NMDAR1-like immunoreactivity(-LI) cells in rat lumbar dorsal root ganglia (DRGs) were analysed using immunocytochemistry.Results The expression of NMDAR1 in lumbar DRGs was dramatically down-regulated after sciatic nerve section.Conclusion Following nerve section, NMDA receptors undergo plastic changes in their expression in DRG neurons, suggesting changes of glutamatic transmission in the spinal cord.
