凯妮汀泡腾片治疗念珠菌性阴道炎疗效分析

Therapeutic effects of canesten on candidal vaginitis

目的 观察凯妮汀泡腾片治疗念珠菌性阴道炎的疗效。方法 凯妮汀泡腾片单剂疗法治疗念珠菌性阴道炎 6 0例 ,观察用药后的临床症状改善情况及实验室真菌学检查 ,并与达克宁栓 7d疗法相对照。结果 凯妮汀泡腾片单剂疗法治疗念珠菌性阴道炎临床治愈率为 5 0 %,总有效率为 95 %,与对照组无显著差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ;对妊娠合并念珠菌性阴道炎的治愈率5 5 %,总有效率 10 0 %;4例未婚女性念珠菌性阴道炎全部治愈。结论 凯妮汀泡腾片单剂疗法治疗念珠菌性阴道炎疗效肯定 ,同样适用于妊娠及未婚女性患者。

Objective To observe the effects of canesten on candidal vaginitis.Methods Sixty patients with candidal vaginitis were treated with canesten and 60 patients were treated with gynodaktarin as the control.Clinical symptoms and results of mycology examination were observed after treatment with canesten or gynodaktarin.Results After treatment with canesten the clinical cure rate was 50% and total effective rate was 95%.There was no significant difference compared with the control.After treating by canesten the clinical cure rate for candidal vaginitis in pregnancy was 55%,and total effective rate was 100%.Four maiden patients with candidal vaginitis treated with canesten recovered.Conclusion Canesten has positive curative effects for candidal vaginitis and can be used for the gestational or maiden patients.
