藏药乙肝清胶囊对小鼠免疫功能的影响

EFFECT OF YI GAN QING CAPSULE ON IMMUNE FUNCTION IN MICE

目的 通过实验观察乙肝清胶囊对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法 采用小鼠溶血素实验和碳粒廓清实验。结果 乙肝清胶囊不同剂量灌胃给药均可显著或非常显著地升高由环磷酰胺引起的小鼠溶血素水平低下 ,并显著地增加小鼠碳粒廓清指数和吞噬指数 ,加速静脉内注入异物在血流中的廓清速度。结论 乙肝清胶囊具有提高环磷酰胺所致的小鼠体液免疫功能低下的作用 ,并提高机体网状内皮系统吞噬异物的能力 ,具有改善机体非特异性免疫功能的作用。

Objective To observe the effect of Yi gan qing capsule on immune function in mice.Methods The hemolytic test in mice and the carbon granular clearance test were used.Results The decreased hemolysin level which induced by cyclophosphamide was increased markedly after ig.different dose of Yi gan qing capsule.The carbon granular clearance index,phagocytic index and clearance speed of foreign body were significangly increased respectively.Conclusion Yi gan qing capsule could raise the decreased humoral immune function which induced by cyclophosphamide and increase the phagocygtic ability of reticuloendothelial system and an has the effect on improving nonspecific immunity function in mice.
