肾炎舒片治疗慢性肾小球肾炎疗效观察

OBSERVATION OF THE EFFECTS ON CHRONIC GLOMERULONEPHRITIS TREATED WITH SHEN YAN SHU TABLETS

目的 了解肾炎舒片对于慢性肾小球肾炎的疗效。方法 随访 160例慢性肾小球肾炎患者在服用药物前后蛋白尿、血脂、肾功能、血浆白蛋白的变化。结果 160例慢性肾小球肾炎患者在服用肾炎舒片 1～ 3个疗程后 ,治愈率 12 .5 % ,显效率 37.5 % ,有效率 4 0 % ,无效率 10 % ,总有效率 90 %。结论 肾炎舒片在改善慢性肾小球肾炎临床症状 ,降低蛋白尿、降低血脂水平 ,提高血浆白蛋白 ,维护肾功能方面疗效显著。

Objective To investigate the effects of Shen Yan Shu tablets on chronic glomerulonephritis.Methods 160 cases of patients with chronic glomerulonephritis were treated with Shen Yan Shu tablets and observed the changes of proteinuria,blood lipid,renal function and plasma albumin before and after treatment.Moreover,all of them were followed up.Results 160 cases of patients with chronic glomerulonephritis showed significant effect after 1～3 courses treatment.The curative rate reached to 12.5%,effectual rate 37.5,slight effectual rate 40%,no effect 10% and the total efficacy rate was 90%.Conclusion Shen Yan Shu tablets could improve the clinical symptom of chronic glomerulonephritis and reduce the proteinuria,blood lipid and raise up the plasma albumin and protect the renal function.
