摘要
目的研究氟对大鼠、家兔肾细胞周期的作用特点,进一步探讨氟中毒发生机理。方法在常规食、偏食条件下,经饮水投与不同剂量氟,应用流式细胞仪方法检测肾组织细胞周期。结果家兔中剂量氟中毒与对照组比较,G2期细胞显著升高,高氟剂量组G1期细胞数较对照组明显减少,而G2期细胞却增多明显。而大鼠投氟组肾组织细胞各时相细胞所占比例数与对组相比无明显差异。结论过量氟对肾组织细胞周期的影响,在不同剂量和不同氟中毒模型有一定程度的差别,并且对肾细胞主要表现为期、期的变化,从而抑制细胞进入分裂期。
Objective To investigate the effects of fluoro sis on the cell cycle of kidneys and di scuss the mechanism of fluorosis.Method In stock diets and unnutritive diet c ondition,drinking water was provid ed with different doses of fluoride.The cell cycle of kidneys was inspected b y flow cytometry.Results In stock diets 200mg /LF - group of rabbit,the cell count in G 2 stage of kidney statistically rised;In 400mg /LF - group of rabbit,the G 1 stage cell count statistically decreased,but the G 2 stage rised(P<0.05).In rat groups of stock diets and unnutritive diets with 50~150mg /LF - ,the cell cycle had no obvious change(P>0.05).Conclusion The research results suggested the e ffect of fluorosis on cell cycle of ki dney were different between differ-ent dose of fluoride and mainly in G 1 and G 2 stage.[
