阻鼾器治疗OSAS疗效与颏舌肌肌电活性变化的相关性

The Relationship between the Efficiency of Snoreguard on OSAS and the Change of Genioglossus Muscle Activity.

目的 :本研究旨在探讨GG与阻鼾器治疗OSAS疗效的关系。方法 :通过 15名OSAS患者PSG和同步GG肌电图检查 ,对阻鼾器的疗效与治疗前后GG肌电活性的变化进行相关分析。结果 :OSAS患者治疗前后无论是清醒期还是睡眠期 ,其GG肌电活性的变化均与治疗效果不相关 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论

Objective:To investigate the relationship between the genioglossus muscle activity and the efficiency of Snoreguard on OSAS.Methods:PSG and simultaneous Electromyography examination was used for fifteen patients with OSAS.Analysis the relationship between the efficiency of Snoreguard and the change of genioglossus muscle activity before and after treatment.Results:The change of genioglossus muscle activity both on wake and in sleep had no relation with the treatment efficiency ( P >0.05).Conclusions:Confirm that the change of genioglossus muscle activity is not the treatment mechanic of Snoreguard on OSAS.
