二羧酸单甲酯盐的制备及其在铬鞣中的应用研究

The Synthesis of Dicarboxylic Monomethylester Salt and the Study of Their Applications in Chrome-Tanning Process

本研究以八种二元羧酸为原料制得了其对应的单甲酯盐 ,并作为吸铬助剂应用于铬鞣 ,结果表明 ,戊二酸单甲酯钠具有较好的吸铬效果 ,铬鞣废液含铬量在 0 5 g/l以下以 (Cr2 O3 计 )。蓝坯革在复鞣加脂工段中 ,洗出的铬较少 (为 0 2 1g/l)。戊二酸单甲酯钠用于铬鞣不仅可促进铬在革内的均匀分布 ,而且可以解决二元酸盐用于铬鞣易导致粗面的缺点。

Eight kinds of dicarboxylic monomethylester salts are synthesized. Their application in chrome-tanning process shows that glutaric monomethylester sodium has good chrome-exhaustion ability, the chrome content in the waste tanning liquor is 0 491g/l(calculated on Cr 2O 3). In the retanning and fatliquoring processes, the total chrome content in the spent liquor is 0 21g/l. The distribution of chrome in leather is good and the grain is smooth.
