介绍了用机立窑生产早强低碱度硫铝酸盐水泥的技术。在配料时 ,要保证煤、碱度系数和石膏的合理匹配。为避免C4A3 S的分解 ,其煅烧过程中应杜绝还原气氛 ,并控制在最佳烧成温度条件下进行。
Here is an introduction of the technology of production of high -early-strength,low-PH-value aluminate cement in the mechanical shaft kiln.In batch mixing,the reasonable matching of coal,basicity coefficient and gypsum must be guaranteed.To prvent C 4A 3 from dissolution,reduction atmosphere must be stopped and controlled on condition that it is kept within the optimum finishing-burn temperature.
