本文试图从分析女性成才意识淡薄的原因入手 ,总结在新的历史条件下女性成才的优势 ,并且提出培养女性成才意识的途径 ,目的是要使女性与男性一样 ,在事业上有所成就 ,在发展上不受束缚 。

The coming of internet times provides women with more opportunities to acquire success,though for various reasons women's career has long been neglected for their lack of successful awareness,satisfactory opportunities and approaches.Starting with the analysis of women's lack of successful awareness,the author suggests that women should give full play to their own advantages in the new historical background and that approaches should be found out to cultivate women's successful awareness of career.Only in this way can women be equally treated and succeed.
