摘要
驰名商标特别保护不可取,应代之以普遍的扩大保护。在商标法修改之际,本文对驰名商标特别保护问题进行彻底、全面的检讨。
The article argues the special protection to famous trademarks is not a good choice, and should be substituted by general enlarged protection, Furthermore, the author makes a thorough analysis to the problems of special protection to famous trademarks.
