商业票据市场作为衔接中央银行和企业的短期资金融通场所,在一国货币市场中占有重要的地位。然而当前中国商业票据市场基础薄弱、发展缓慢。只有找出限制票据市场发展的原因所在,并借鉴国外成熟的运作经验,才能实现中国票据市场的持续、健康发展。

As a market for linking short-term financing between the central bank and enterprises, the commercial paper (CP) market plays an important role in a nation's money market. At present, however, China's CP market is developing slowly on a weak basis. Only when we discover the obstacles to development of the CP market and use advanced experience abroad as reference, will the sustainable and healthy development of China's CP market be realized.
