摘要
经过二十多年的改革开放,我国资本流动随经济的发展已经发生了巨大的变化。资本流动已经表现出日益活跃的趋势,在加入WTO之后,资本冲击影响我国利用外资的形式将变得越发明显,针对可能出现的新形势和新特点,我们应当及早采取对策。
Great changes have taken place in China's capital flow with the economic development since the reform and opening up of the country two decades ago. The capital flow is becoming increasingly active. After the entry into the WTO, the impact of capital on China's utilization of foreign investment will become much more distinct. We should take measures as soon as possible for the potential new trends and new characteristics.
