During the Ninth 5-year Plan period, the Central Bank, concentrates its effort on adjusting money supply, while on the other hand, it continues to promote financial reform and interest-rate marketization reform. With these efforts, the monetary policy decision-making intends to be more rational and policy implementation becomes more independent.
