摘要
结合丹江口水利枢纽金属结构的防腐实践 ,论述了水工金属结构的腐蚀机理、防腐方法以及防腐施工的质量标准。对长期受日光曝晒、雾露等裸露在大气中的金属结构 ,应选择红丹醇酸防锈漆为底漆、醇酸磁漆为面漆 ,分别涂刷两道 ;对受干湿交替侵蚀 ,或长期浸泡在水中的金属结构 ,应采用喷锌加氯化橡胶涂层联合保护。对南京水利科学研究院研制的MPU型高性能长效抗微生物腐蚀涂料的性能作了介绍。
In combination with the practice of corrosion control of metal structures at Danjiangkou project, the corrosion mechanism, corrosion control methods and quality standards of corrosion control construction are expounded. For the metal structures to be exposed to the weather and subjected to sunshine and fog over a long period of time, a kind of red lead alkide paint should be selected as a base paint and a kind of alkide enamel paint as a face paint, and protected metal surfaces should be coated two times with each paint. For those metal structures to be corroded alternatively in dry and wet circumstances or immersed in water over a long period of time, they should be protected by means of spraying zinc and a coating of chlorinated rubber. Properties of an MPU type high performance long efficiency anticorrosive paint against corrosion caused by microorganism are presented. This paint is developed by Nanjing Hydraulic Research Institute.
