两种弹性金属塑料复合材料的摩擦磨损特性研究 被引量:1

摘要 在MPX 2 0 0 0盘 销式摩擦磨损试验机上 ,对比了表层材料中含无机填料和不含填料的两种EMP复合材料与钢在油润滑条件下的摩擦磨损特性 ,用扫描电镜观察试样磨损表面形貌并分析其磨损机理。结果表明 :含无机填料的EMP材料对试验载荷和转速的适应范围比不含填料的EMP材料广 ,其稳定滑动摩擦系数介于 0 0 5 8~ 0 0 77之间 ;后者在试验临界转速内的稳定滑动摩擦系数介于 0 0 2 2~ 0 0 5 5之间 ,其平均磨损率比前者约高 0 0 0 5~ 0 0 0 8mm/km。这对以控制摩擦与磨损为主要目的两种EMP材料的使用与设计有一定的指导意义。 The friction abrasion characteristics of the surface materials of two EMP (elastic metal plastic) compound materials with or without inorganic filling material are compared with that of steel in the MPX 2000 friction abrasion testing machine under the oil lubrication conditions. The electrical scanner is used to observe the abrasion surface appearance of the tested sample and its abrasion mechanism is analyzed. The results showed that the EMP with inorganic filling material has wider adaptable range of testing load and rotation speed than that of EMP without inorganic filling material. And the former has the stable sliding friction coefficient of 0.058 to 0.077 but the later 0.022 0.055 within the critical rotation speed. The later has about 0.005 0.008 mm/km of average abrasion rate higher than that of the former. These results has certain guiding significance for the use and design of such two materials aiming at controlling friction and abrasion.
