浅谈小浪底国际工程水工建筑物的验收移交工作

小浪底工程实行“业主负责制、建设监理制、招标投标制”的建设管理体制,形成了国际水利工程建设管理的一套体制。本文叙述水工建筑物由建设期向运行维护期移交过程中的运转程序,包括组织机构、移交对象、程序、资料及缺陷责任期内建筑物的运行管理情况。

Xiaolangdi Project carry out the construction management system of owner responsibility, construction supervision, bidding and tennering to conform the a management system of international hydropower project construction. This paper described the transferring procedures among the transferring hydraulic structures from the stage construction to operation and maintenance, including the orginization, Iransferrring objects, procedures, information and operation and management materials of the hydraulic structures among the defect responsibility.
