Innovation Agglomeration and Regional Development:On the building of industrial development system

在依赖新知识之产业活动中 ,聚群的区位是重要的 ,它必须具有充分的技术基础设施、成熟的创新生产互动、及可抵消不经济要素的利益等因素 ,如此才能促使厂商进入正向积累的互动气氛 ,藉由聚群产生之空间邻近性 ,竞争此特定地区内部的特定资源 ,尤其是技术人力与技术基础设施。因此 ,笔者藉这一观点来探讨地区作用者间互动、以及创新环境之建构。

The location of agglomeration is very important for the industrial activities in the new economy, in which the enough technology infrastructures, mature innovation interaction, and the ability of counteracting non economy factors are needed. Thus the entrepreneurs would enter this adjacency space with interactive atmosphere to gain competency. This paper discusses the interaction and the innovation environment building in these areas.
