Analysis on Land Profits Status of Guangzhou Municipal Government

土地收益是城市土地经营的实现形式 ,是政府收入的重要组成部分。本文从政府土地收益的概念入手 ,在对广州市政府城市土地经营状况进行剖析的基础上 ,通过对土地收益构成要素与影响因素的相关分析 ,指出了影响广州市政府土地经营的主要问题并结合广州市的实际情况 ,对完善广州市政府土地经营提出了一些政策措施。

Land profits is one way of implementing urban land management and in an essential part of government income. The paper starts with the concept of land profits. Based on the analysis of land profit status of Guangzhou Municipal Government and through the analysis of the relations between the composing elements of land profits and its influencing elements, the author points out the main aspects that determine the land profits gained by Guangzhou Municipal Government. Suggestion about policies and measures aiming at improving the status of the land profits of Guangzhou Municipal Government are proposed in the article.
