7075铝合金厚板淬火残余应力消除工艺的研究 被引量:4

摘要 对 70 75铝合金厚板的预拉伸量与时效工艺制度对其淬火后残余应力大小及变化规律进行了测试与分析 .结果表明 :随着预拉伸量的增加 ,轧向和横向残余应力均由压应力转变为拉应力 ,当预拉伸量为 2 %左右时 ,残余应力降到零 ;随着时效温度的升高和时效时间的延长 ,轧向和横向残余应力均呈下降趋势 .合理的预拉伸量和时效制度是减少 70 75铝合金厚板淬火残余应力有效的工艺措施 . Authors have tested and analyzed the variance of magnitude of residual stresses in quenched 7075 aluminium alloy thick-plates under different thermal treatments and different pre-stretching techniques. The results showed that residual stresses have converted from compress-stresses to stretch-stresses with the development of pre-stretching, and have basically got zero when the stretching was near two percent,and indicated that residual stresses would be reduced in both the directions of rolling and transverse with the development of aging temperatures and times.So they are important measures to reduce residual stress in quenched 7075 aluninium alloy by taking appropriate pre-stretching and aging techniques.
