电位差法遴选酸性锡基镀液稳定剂的初探

摘要 依据物理化学中第三类电极的工作原理 ,利用 U J— 2 5型电位差计 ,通过测定含有不同类型稳定剂的锡基镀液 ,或含有同一种类型稳定剂的锡基镀液其存放时间不同 ,而电位势 E值的变化不同。 This paper was on the basis of the principle of the tertiary electrode in physical chemistry .By using of UJ-25 electric potential difference meter ,the variations of electric potential difference were determined .This method included determining the tin-plating solution which contained different stabilizing agents and which contained a same stabilizing agent but keeped for diferent time .By this method,akind of excellent tin-plating solution was selected.
