利用cDNA微阵列技术筛选和鉴定NYD-SP9基因 被引量:3

摘要 运用cDNA微阵列杂交技术从人睾丸cDNA文库中筛选出人蛋白激酶基因,命名为NYD-SP9.NYD-SP9在成人睾丸中的表达水平比胚胎睾丸高10倍.Southern印迹杂交结果表明,这一基因高表达于睾丸,而低表达于卵巢.cDNA序列的蛋白质基序磷酸化位点分析也进一步提示,它有可能参与精子发生中的信号转导过程.由于这些磷酸化位点的位置彼此很接近,在这些位点之间可能存在相互作用以调控精子发生.该基因含有一个保守的穿膜功能结构域,提示经翻译后为一跨膜蛋白.以上实验结果表明,蛋白激酶基因NYD-SP9可能在男性生殖细胞分化过程中发挥一定作用.
