摘要 基于 Sieverts定律 ,研制了检测液态铝合金吸氢量的计算机辅助实验系统 .应用该系统检测了液态高强度 ZL2 0 5 A铝合金的吸氢特性 .实验结果表明 ,熔体温度、铝液与环境水蒸气接触时间是决定铝液吸氢量的关键因素 ,并且试块上气孔面积率随两因素的增强而急剧增大 .系统具有良好的检测精度 。 Based on Sievert's law, a computer aided analysis system used in measuring hydrogen quantity absorbed in liquid state aluminum alloy was developed. The absorbing hydrogen characteristic of liquid ZL205A aluminum alloys was studied. The experimental results show that the liquid temperature and the time contacting the liquid with water vapour in atmosphere are two important factors. The absorbed hydrogen quantity in liquid aluminum alloy and the porosity area ratio on test block increase with raising of the two factors. It is also verified that this measuring system has a good measuring precision and can be used in production workshop.
