摘要
在不同的转速和动 /静叶相对位置下 ,利用粒子图像速度场仪 (PIV)对具有动 /静叶的圆柱型水槽内瞬态流动非定常相干情况进行了实验研究 .为了消除随机因素的干扰 ,实验采用锁相编码器技术和集平均技术来处理实验数据 .结果表明 ,圆柱型水槽内部具有较强的动 /静叶相干现象 ,静叶区经常出现旋涡结构 .通过集平均处理得到的某一转速及动 /静叶相对位置情况下的速度矢量分布 ,可显示旋涡的位置随动叶和静叶的相对位置而变化 .实验还发现 ,随着转速的升高 ,动
The unsteady interaction between rotor and stator in a cylindrical tank is measured using particle image velocimeter(PIV) under different rotating speeds and different relative location between the blade and the stator. A assembly averaged technique is utilized to eliminate the influence of random disturbance in experiment. Results show that there are strong rotor/stator interactions in the cylindrical tank. It can be seen from the assembly averaged velocity profile that the location of the vortex in the tank changes with the relative location of rofor and stators. With the rotate speed increase, the vortex in the stator is effected weakly by the shift between the rotor and stator.
