Analyzing the Operation Model of Yanjici Library and Perfecting the Associated Mechanism

图书馆合并已不鲜见，但大多属于同系统图书馆的合并，金华严济慈图书馆实行的是公共图书馆与大学图书馆之间、文化事业单位与民办大学之间的合并，采用股份制运作的新模式，在我国图书馆界是一种全新的探索。笔者根据三年多来的运行情况对这个新模式进行分析和客观评价，供广大图书馆界同仁参考。

The consolidation of libraries isn't few and far between these days, b ut it most happens among the libraries of the same system. Jinhua Yanjici Librar y is a new model, whose consolidation is between a public library and a college library, cultural unit and a college under civilian auspices; what's more, shari ng the holding is the very system that Yanjici Library has adopted. This is an e ntirely new exploration in China library circle. According to the operation of Y anjici Library since 1997, the author briefly analyses and objectively assesses this new library model, and offers the colleagues of library circle some referen ces.
