摘要
用弹塑性接触有限元法 ,建立了牙齿与牙轮体孔眼过盈配合的有限元力学模型 ,用ANSYS5 5 1软件为计算机仿真模拟器 ,分析了牙齿压入孔眼的全过程 ,并根据孔眼的过盈量值 ,反算出了不同时刻需要在牙齿上施加的动态载荷。详细地分析了孔眼壁附近的等效应力随牙齿压入深度的变化关系。结果表明 ,过盈量超过 0 0 35mm时 ,牙轮体内开始出现塑性变形。计算机模拟实验结果为实际压入过程提供了实用的理论数据 ,对牙齿过盈量的优化设计具有重要的指导意义。
The finite element mechanics Model of the Contact problems between the hole wall of cone and tooth of three_cone bit was established with the elastic_plastic contact finite element method,the simulator is ANSYS5 5 software.We analyzed the whole process of the tooth inserted the hole of cone,and draw out the dynamic load curves applied on the tooth varied with time and the difference between the diametars of the hole of cine and tooth.The paper analyzed the equivalent stresses of the hole wall varied with the inserted depth of tooth.The result shows that the near hole wall of cone began plastic deformation while the difference between the diameters of hole of cone and tooth exceeded 0 035mm.Finally,the results of computer simulation provided the theoretic wupport for the real inserted process,it is an important guidance meaning for the optimal design of the surplus contact of tooth.
