摘要
DS18 2 0是一种新型数字式集成温度传感器 ,用常规测温方法测量 ,它的分辨率只有 0 .5℃ ,不适合对测量精度要求较高的系统。文章介绍了一种有效提高DS182 0测量精度的方法 ,它在常规方法———只读取DS182 0暂存存储器第一、二字节温度值的基础上 ,再读取第七、八字节的数值来计算被测物体的温度 ,从而有效地提高了DS182 0的测量精度。采用这种方法可将其精度提高到 0 .0 1℃。
DS1820 is a new digital integrate thermometer sensor. It only provides the preci sion of 0.5℃ when measured with an ordinary way. This can not mee t the requirment in a system asks for a higher measuring precision. An effectual method to promote the measuring precision of DS1820 is introduced in this pap er, Which not only reads the first and second bytes of the DS1820 memory, but al so reads the seventh and eighth bytes to calculate the measured temperature. It effectually promotes the DS1820′s measuring pricision to 0.01℃
