耐火纤维喷涂层的抗剥落及抗粉化技术探讨

摘要 耐火纤维喷涂层具有耐高温、导热系数低、体积密度小、便于施工等优点,但同时也存在着涂层易剥落、易结晶粉化等缺点。本文从结合剂的选用、炉顶衬里的结构、施工工艺的选用及温度场、气氛场对硅酸铝纤维的影响等方面对上述存在的问题进行了技术探讨,并提出了解决问题的方法。 Fire-resistant fiber spray layers have advantages such as high temperature resistance, coefficient of thermal conductivity low, less volume density, convenient for construction. But at the same time, it also has disadvantages such as coating is easy to peel off and be getting powder.This paper discusses for the aspects such as the influence of the aluminum silicate fiber from bond, arch structure, construction technology choosing and temperature site, atmosphere site. Solving methods have been made on above-mentioned existent problems.
