气电立焊工艺在5万m^3油罐组焊中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 介绍了采用气电立焊、使用DWS-43G药芯焊丝进行16MnR钢板焊接工艺及焊接工艺参数、焊接工艺评定试验等技术内容。通过在5万m3大型储油罐安装工程中应用,焊缝质量一次合格率达99.9%。经初步测算,气电立焊的焊接速度约是药芯焊丝自保护自动立焊的1.5倍,约是手工电弧焊的15倍,提高了焊接效率。 The paper introduces adopting vertical position gas-electric welding and use DWS-43G core welding wire to carry out the welding technology of the 16MnR weldings of steel plate and the technical content such as welding technology parameter and welding technology assessment experiment.Through application for installation project of large scale oil tanks of fifty thousand cube meter, weld quality qualification rate has reached 99.9%. After measuring calculates, the welding speed of vertical position gas-electric welding is 1.5 times of core welding wire protective automatic vertical position welding & 15 times of handwork electric arc welding. It has raised welding efficiency.
