摘要
为了节约钢材,在保证生产安全要求的前提下,提出了对5万m3浮顶罐的罐壁进行减薄。本文对减薄后的浮顶罐的抗震性进行了分析和计算,计算结果表明,减薄后的壁板在预计的地震震级下是安全的。而且实际应用也证明该方案是可行的。每台5万m3浮顶罐减薄后的用钢量比原来节约钢材27t。
In order to economize steel material, under the prerequisite of guaranteeing to produce safety, it is put forward to reduce wall thickness of fifty thousands cube meter petroleum storage tank. Analysis calculation of petroleum storage tank after reducing wall thickness has been made. The result shows that anti-seismic ability of fifty thousands cube meter petroleum storage tank is safe, actual application also proves that this scheme is feasible. Used steel has been economized 27 tons each of fifty thousands cube meter petroleum storage tank than original one.
