采用 MAT、XRD、NH3 -TG-TPD、BET技术 ,考察了钠离子与捕钒钠剂对钒中毒 USY分子筛结构和性能的影响。结果表明 ,钠离子的存在 ,加剧了 USY分子筛的钒中毒深度 ,导致分子筛晶体结构的进一步破坏 ,使分子筛的比表面积、孔容、表面酸量及裂解活性等性能明显降低。捕钒钠剂的加入 ,有效地保护了 USY分子筛晶体结构和酸性 ,提高了
Effects of vanadium and sodium trapping agent on the structure and catalytic properties of vanadium poisoned USY zeolite were extensively investigated by MAT, XRD, NH 3 TG TPD and BET technologies. Results indicated that sodium accumulation on USY sample could accelerate the vanadium poisoning of USY zeolite and the destruction of crystalline structure and the decrease of the surface area, bore volume, surface acid sites, and cracking activity of the zeolite. The crystalline structure of the zeolite as well as its acidity was effectively protected, and the zeolite's cracking activity was also enhanced during introducing vanadium sodium trapping agent.
