摘要
研究了用活性炭固载磷钨酸催化剂催化合成环己酮与 1 ,2 -丙二醇的缩酮 ,考察了催化剂吸附量、反应时间、酮醇比、油浴温度等因素对缩酮反应的影响。结果表明 :在磷钨酸的固载量为 1 8.1 % ,酮 /醇 (摩尔比 )为1∶ 2 .0 ,油浴温度 1 4 0~ 1 5 0℃ ,用苯作带水剂 ,反应 4 0 min,环己酮缩 1 ,2 -丙二醇的产率达 96 .3% 。
The condensation of cyclohexanone and 1,2 propanediol catalyzed by phosphotungstic acid supported on active carbon was investigated. The influences of reaction time, oil bath temperature, ratio of reactants and quantity and stability of catalyst were examined. The optimal conditions for this reaction were as follows: supporting quantity of catalyst on active carbon 18.1%, molar ratio of cyclohexanone to 1,2 propanediol=1∶2, reaction time 40 min and water carrying agent. The yield was up to 96.3%, and the catalyst was reusable.
