摘要
用顺丁烯二酸酐衍生物、苯乙烯与基体醇酸树脂反应制备了改性苯乙烯醇酸树脂。研究表明 :当基体树脂中顺酐的质量分数为 8%~ 1 0 %时 ,改性树脂的清漆涂膜外观透明 ,表干时间为 1 h。在合成体系中 (苯乙烯的质量分数为 4 0 % )添加 1 0 % (与苯乙烯的质量比 )的顺酐衍生物 ,苯乙烯最终转化率可达 98%。在适宜的添加量下 ( 1 0 %~ 1 2 % ) ,改性树脂涂膜抗冲击强度大于 5 0 kg· cm;清漆的外观平整光滑 ,经 72 h耐水性和 2 4 h耐汽油试验 ,无变化。
A modified styrenated alkyd resin was synthesized with derivatives of maleic anhydride, styrene and basic alkyd resin. It was found that the appearance of modified resin varnish coating is transparent and the surface drying time is 1 h with 8%~10% (w) of maleic anhydride in basicalkyd. The conversion of styrene was 98%, the impact resistance of dry film was 50 kg·cm in resin and adding styrene 40% (by wt. toreaction system) and maleic anhydride derivative 10%12% (by wt. to styrene). The coating film's properties of modified styrenated alkyd varnish in appearance, resistance to water (72 h) and to gasoline (24 h) were good.
