当前我国教育法律监督存在的问题及其对策

Problems and Suggested Countermeasures Concerning the Supervision of Present Educational Law in our Country

教育法律监督是依法治教的重要保障。但我国教育法律监督还存在一些诸如教育法律监督机构独立性不强、监督合力不足、司法监督薄弱等问题。因此 ,必须加强对政府实施教育法律情况的监督 ,加强司法机关对教育法律实施的监督 ,并在制度上确保教育法律监督机构的相对独立性。

Supervision of educational law can ensure managing education by law.However,there are still some problems in our supervision mechanism of educational law.These problems include:supervision organizations of educational law lack independence;there are not enough join forces of supervision;judicial supervision is weak.And so on.Therefore,we must enhance government supervision of carrying out educational law and ensure relative independence of supervision organization of educational law by national law.
