摘要 [摘 要]目的 验证重组SS大肠杆菌疫苗促进动物生长的效果。方法 由SS融合蛋白与弗氏不完全佐剂制成实验用疫苗,皮下注射BALB/c小鼠、去势仔公猪、妊娠初产母猪和羔羊等动物,并观察体重变化。结果 与Vector Vaccine相比,Vaccine-1和 Vaccine-2可分别使雌性小鼠提高增重 10.28%和 15.63%;对雄性小鼠的作用不明显。用SS融合蛋白疫苗免疫去势仔公猪,免疫后89天提高增重7.2%;免疫初产母猪,所产28日龄仔猪可比载体对照组仔猪提高增重11.81%,比44日龄仔猪提高增重17.95%;免疫母羔羊58天可比载体对照组提高增重15.64%,90天提高增重28.2%;免疫公羔羊变化不明显。用SS融合蛋白疫苗免疫小鼠,其血清中抗因抗体阳性率为75%。结论 重组SS大肠杆菌疫苗能促进雌性小鼠、去势仔公猪、妊娠初产母猪所产仔猪和母羔羊增重,但对雄性小鼠和公羔羊无作用。 [Abstract] Objective To verify the animal growth-promoting effect of recombinant somatostation (SS) vaccine.Methods Two kinds of experimental vaccines (vaccine - 1 and vaccine - 2) were prepared with SS fusion protein expressed in E. coli and incomplete Freund s adjuvant and injected subcutaneously to BALB/c mice, castrated male piglets, gilts (approximately at 90 days of pregnancy) and lambs, and the body weights of the animals before and after injection were observed. Results The growth rates of female mice injected with vaccine- 1 and vaccine -2 increased by 10.28% and 15.63% respectively. However,no significant change was observed in the growth rates of male mice. The growth rates of castrated male piglets 89d after injection with SS fusion protein vaccine increased by 7.2% .The body weights of piglets suckled by SS fusion protein-immunzed sows were 11.81% and 17.95% greater than those suckled by empty vector protein-immunized sows at the 28th and 44* days after after birth respectively. Compared with those injected with empty vector protein, the growth rates of female lambs increased by 15.64% and 28.2% at the 58th and 90th day after being injected with SS fusion protein vaccine respectively. No significant difference was observed in the growth of male lambs. The serum SS antibody positive rate of immunized mice was about 75%. Conclusion Recombinant somatostatin vaccine can promote the growths of female mice, castrated male piglets, piglets suckled by SS vaccine-immunized sows and female lambs.However , it showed no significant effect on the growth of male mice or lambs.
