摘要 以正硅酸乙酯和硝酸钴等为原料 ,利用溶胶 凝胶法合成了含钴物质均匀分散的SiO2 凝胶。在适当的条件下利用微波等离子体还原 ,获得了结构比较疏松的SiO2 载体材料 ,其上负载的金属钴颗粒具有较规则的球形以及均一的粒度 ,适宜用作合成纳米碳管的催化剂。 Cobalt catalyst in nano structured SiO 2 supports have been successfully synthesized by sol gel process,using tetra ethyl ortho silicane and cobalt nitrite as starting materials.Under appropriate conditions,reduction by microwave plasma of SiO 2 gel with cobalt species uniformly dispersed results in sphere shaped cobalt nano particles uniformly distributed in SiO 2 catalyst supports.The catalyst can be used to synthesize carbon nanotubes.
