The paper introduces the origin and developing tendency of the occupational safety and health management system and describes the conditions for the establishment and implementation of occupational safety and health management system,which are possessed by some domestic enterprises.Besides,the positive roles of establishing and implementing occupational safety and health management system in the enterprises are analysed.
