摘要
为了适应铁路提速和今后高速化的需要 ,正在对现行标准GB/T 345 0 - 94《铁路机车司机室噪声允许值》进行修订。本文介绍了有关的国际标准情况和修订中考虑的一些问题。此次修订基于国际标准UIC 6 5 1OR- 2 0 0 1,拟将速度范围提高到 30 0km h ,评价量采用 30min等效声级 ,司机室内噪声的强制允许值规定为 78dB(A)
Inordertosuitetheneedofheighteningspeedrailwayandhigh speedrailway ,wearerevisingGB/ T 345 0 94“Allowedvalueofnoiseinsidedriver’scompartmentoflocomotive” .Thispapersummarizedrelatedin ternationalstandardsandexplainedsomeproblemsofthisrevision .TheGB T 345 0 94wasrevisedbasedontheUIC 65 1OR 2 0 0 1“Layoutofdriver’scabsinlocomotives,railcars ,multipleunittrainsanddrivingtrailers” .Themaxi mumspeedwasextendedto 30 0km h .ThemeasuringquantitywasdefinedasequivalentcontinuousnoiselevelLeq over 30minutes .Thecompulsoryallowedvalueofnoiseinsidedriver’scabwasfixedat 78dB(A) .
