政府信息是社会信息资源的一个极其重要的组成部分。文章着重从立法和政府信息资源网络化等方面论述了促进政府信息公开 。

Governmental information is a very important component of social information resources. The openness of governmental information, that is the key of realizing the sharing of information resources, is an important model of promoting the development of social economy. This paper discusses on the main ways of promoting the openness of governmental information and realizing the sharing of information resources from aspects of legislation and networking of governmental information resources.
