根据太原市的实际情况 ,提出了科技发展综合评价指标体系 ,并进行了实证研究 。
Based on the actual situation of Taiyuan City, this paper puts forward a comprehensive evaluation target system of sci-tech development, makes the substantial evidence study, and gets the main working direction of Taiyuan City in the coming period of time.
